Private Plan & Private Offer SetUp
Microsoft Marketplace gives you three ways to sell at a price that isn't your public list price. This section explains what each one is, how to choose between them, and how to set them up.

*Provided the offer is Azure benefit-eligible and the purchase is completed through the Azure portal during an active MACC (Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment) term.
🟣 Rule of thumb
- Simple discount for one customer you already know? Private plan.
- Negotiated deal - custom terms, multiple plans, a longer subscription? Direct private offer.
- The customer buys through a reseller, or they're on a CSP-managed subscription? CSP private offer. Private plans and direct private offers cannot be accepted by CSP customers.
