Customers often miss a critical final step: once they put the order in, they forget to click on "Configure Account Now" which means the order stays incomplete.
Client needs to follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Azure portal
- Search 'SAAS'
- Search the subscription Name
- Click on Configure Account button and complete the steps like Landing page and see the confirmation page
