How to Create a Microsoft Support Ticket Without a Partner Center Account

🟣 overview if you do not have a partner center account, you can still raise a support ticket directly with microsoft using the link below 🔗 microsoft support https //partner microsoft com/en us/support?stage=1 🟣 step 1 – go to microsoft support visit the link above you will land on the microsoft partner support page scroll down to the "tell us about your issue" section 🟣 step 2 – enter your problem summary in the "problem summary" field, type a short description of your issue in a few words (max 255 characters) example "stuck in partner center configuration page loop" 🟣 step 3 – select a category click on the category dropdown and select the option that best matches your issue example select "account settings" for login or configuration issues 🟣 step 4 – select a problem type in the "problem type" field, click on "browse topics" to find the most relevant problem type example topic user and role management subtopic unable to login to partner center 🟣 step 5 – click "review solutions" once the problem type is selected, click "review solutions >" microsoft will show recommended resources and steps 🟣 step 6 – click "provide issue details" if none of the recommended solutions resolve your issue, scroll down and click "provide issue details" to proceed with raising a formal support ticket with microsoft 🟣 step 7– fill in the request info on the "create a support request" page, fill in the following 🟣 step 8 – set contact preferences & submit click "submit" to raise the ticket ✅ 💬 💬 need help? contact support\@wetransact io support\@wetransact io
