Having an issue with Marketplace leads means you’re experiencing problems receiving, accessing, or managing customer lead information from your Marketplace offers, which may require troubleshooting or support to resolve. Please check the below steps:
🟣 Click on Settings (the little wheel on the top right)
🟣 Click on Account settings
🟣 Click on User management
🟣 Search and Find "[email protected]" user. Click on it.
🟣 For the period of troubleshooting - make WeTransact your referral for investigation
🟣 Click on Update - support is on it's way :) Don't forget to drop a line at [email protected]
