I have added WeTransact but support/bot can't login.

error message "access is blocked by the organization" it appears there are policies or restrictions in place that are preventing the required action from being completed these may exist in one of three areas outlined below let us guide you through identifying and resolving the issue please check below \# first check is the user activated ? starting from portal azure com https //portal azure com/#home 1\ browse to the users tab if it doesn't show up on homepage, you alternatively type "users" on the search bar and navigate there step 1 screenshot 2\ check on the " bot\@wetransact io mailto\ bot\@wetransact io " and repeat the operation for " support\@wetransact io mailto\ support\@wetransact io " step 2 screenshot 3\ on the overview tab please make sure the "account status" is showing "enabled" if not click on edit and enable it step 3 screenshot 4\ second check external collaboration settings navigate to microsoft entra id step 4 screenshot 5\ click on external identities step 5 screenshot 6\ click on external collaboration settings step 6 screenshot 7\ check that guest users have either 1 the same access as members (not recommended) or 2 guest users have limited access to properties and memberships of directory objects if not please perform the change step 7 screenshot 8\ third check check on the conditional access policies navigate to microsoft entra id step 8 screenshot 9\ click on security step 9 screenshot 10\ click on conditional access step 10 screenshot 11\ click on view all policies step 11 screenshot 12\ this is your list of policies please review them as one of them could affect guest users access step 12 screenshot
