Customers often miss a critical final step: once they put the order in, they forget to click on "Configure Account Now" which means the order stays incomplete.

Client needs to follow the steps below: 

1. Sign in to Azure portal 
2. Search 'SAAS'
3. Search the subscription Name 
4. Click on Configure Account button and complete the steps like Landing page and see the confirmation page
